Position Overview

T1explorer is seeking highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across multiple industries. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious sales professionals, consultants, former technology executives, and relationship-driven professionals seeking uncapped earning potential and long-term residual income.

 

This is not a traditional salaried sales role. This is a performance-driven opportunity designed for individuals who want to build recurring income while representing a growing technology solutions company with enterprise-level capabilities.

 

Compensation Structure

Unlimited Earning Potential

Successful Business Development Executive will earn:

✔ Commission Post Contract Award comprising of:

(a) Initial Commission Payment: Initial 7-12% (based on contract $ bracket) earned upon receipt of the client’s initial payment under an executed contract directly originated and closed by the BD Representative’s efforts.

✔ Residual / Perpetual Commission

(b) Residual Commission Payments: Up-to 5% based on collected recurring revenue generated from the client account during the active life of the contract, subject to the terms and conditions of client engagement and T1explorer Contract Agreement.

✔ Discretionary Bonus

(c) Discretionary year-end bonus, based on BD Representative and Company performance.

 

Note: This excellent commission structure will be discussed during the interview.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and strategic outreach

  • Develop relationships with executives, business owners, IT leaders, and decision-makers

  • Present T1explorer solutions and service offerings to prospective clients

  • Coordinate discovery meetings and solution discussions

  • Assist in proposal development and contract negotiations

  • Maintain ongoing client relationships to support long-term growth

Strategic Relationship Management

  • Build strategic partnerships within target industries

  • Attend networking events, conferences, and business development meetings

  • Expand market awareness of T1explorer services and capabilities

  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to align client needs with solutions

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Track opportunities and client engagement activities

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline updates

  • Meet or exceed agreed performance targets
