Director of Network Engineering & Security

Arnold is the Director of Network Engineering and Security at T1explorer. Prior to joining T1explorer, Arnold was the Sr. Network Security Engineer and Solutions Architect at Cisco Systems. He is a results-driven strategic thinker and adaptable Network Security Engineering professional, offering a wealth of experience in configuring, securing, managing, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting data, voice, video and wireless systems across an enterprise network infrastructure.


Arnold is customer-focused. He was responsible for the execution of the opening of the National September 11th Memorial & Museum in New York City, offering Wi-Fi and other services throughout the entire campus. He led the WMATA Project for Ramex to revamp communications at Metro Stations and created technical documentation and demos which resulted in sales to the tune of $4M.
Arnold demonstrated success in surpassing productivity and performance metrics and in meeting goals.


Arnold attended the Cisco Networking Academy in San Jose, California. He is certified as CCNA, MCSE, CMNA, ITQ, CCAI, Security+, Aruba Networking & Software Applications and in Enterprise Wireless Systems. Arnold holds a Master of Science Degree in Cybersecurity and Cyber Terrorism Concentration at the Wilmington University, New Castle, Delaware. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College, New York.
